Meet Our Doctor: Dr. Jaswant Kaur
Dr. Jaswant Kaur is a caring and dedicated optometrist serving her patients in Hicksville, NY. She is passionate about providing superior eye care and is deeply committed to the well-being of all her patients. Dr. Kaur attended Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where she received her doctoral degree. She graduated from SUNY Farmingdale, with Latin Honors Cum Laude and a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioscience. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the New York State Optometric Association. Through her externships, Dr. Kaur obtained extensive training in glaucoma, ocular surface disease, pediatric care, binocular vision disorders, and contact lenses. Dr. Kaur is fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, and Spanish. She treats and diagnoses conditions such as dry eye, conjunctivitis, glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and many other eye conditions. She uses state of the art equipment for an early detection of diseases and appropriate follow-up care. Dr. Kaur genuinely cares for each patient and holds their best interests at heart. She is passionate about educating patients about their ocular care and employs a family-oriented approach to build long-lasting relationships with her patients.
