What are your store hours?

Where can I get an Eye Exam?
Each location provides Sterling Service and professional eye exams. Contact your local Sterling Optical location to schedule an appointment or visit click here to schedule an appointment online. In California, eye examinations are available by Sterling Vision Care, a California licensed Vision Health Care Service Plan, located next to Sterling Optical.
How long does it take to get my glasses?
Eyewear is a custom order and the time required to fulfill your order can vary based on your prescription and the lifestyle lenses selected, but some glasses are made within 1 to 2 hours-even bifocals and progressives.
Do you offer protection for lost or misplaced glasses?
Sterling Optical is the home of the unbelievable warranty. When accidents happen, we will repair or replace your frame up to 3 times. Click here for details.
Do you carry children's glasses?
Yes. Visit the Sterling Optical online showroom to see a sample of our chidren’s frame collection. Each location has a large selection of children's glasses.
Do you carry sport and sunglasses?
All locations offer a large selection of sport and sun eyewear in both prescription and non-prescription.
Do you sell contact lenses?
Yes, we carry all brands of contact lenses including specialty lenses such as astigmatism correcting, bifocal and gas permeable lenses. For your convenience, you can order your contact lenses online. Click here get started.
What if I don't like my glasses after I get them?
Sterling Optical offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your new glasses, we will repair or replace your eyewear with another pair of equal value within 30 days of purchase. See participating locations for details.

How much can I expect to pay for my new glasses?
That depends on many factors such as the frame and the type of lens you need, for example single vision or bifocals. However, with Sterling Optical’s everyday low prices and special offers, you can be sure to find the right eyewear at the right price.
Do you accept my insurance?
Sterling Optical gladly accepts most insurance plans. If not, Sterling Optical will gladly provide you with a 20% discount on the purchase of a complete pair of glasses. For those eligible for out-of-network benefits, we assist you with the paperwork for processing your claim.
