Dr. R. Matthew Pesta OD, graduated from the University of Maryland, and he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry (NECO) in Boston, MA. As the resident optometrist at Sterling Optical in LaVale, MD, Dr. Pesta’s philosophy is that the vision of his patients is too important and valuable for a “quick fix,” and that care is required all day, every day.
